By accessing or using AdOpsDoctor.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please refrain from using our diagnostic tools.

2. Permitted Use & Platform Purpose

AdOpsDoctor provides diagnostic utilities intended solely for digital advertising operations, creative previewing, tag validation, file compression, OCR translation, PDF editing, and campaign analytics. Users agree to use the platform lawfully and refrain from uploading malicious code, unauthorized tracking scripts, or illegal content.

3. Temporary Asset Handling & Data Security

All files uploaded to the platform (including images, PDFs, VAST XMLs, and HTML5 zip packages) are processed in temporary memory or ephemeral storage for diagnostic purposes. AdOpsDoctor does not claim ownership of user-uploaded ad creative assets or third-party ad tags.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The platform and diagnostic tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 100% accuracy in ad tag parsing and specs verification, AdOpsDoctor is not liable for campaign delivery discrepancies, ad server downtime, or third-party ad network tracking errors.

1. Information We Collect & User Accounts

When you register for an account on AdOpsDoctor, we collect your work email address, full name, and password. For maximum security, passwords are never stored in plain text; they are encrypted using one-way bcryptjs salted hash algorithms.

2. Security Logging (IP Address & Device Identifiers)

To protect our platform against automated bot attacks, rate-limit abuse, and unauthorized access, we log standard security parameters including client IP address (signupIp and lastLoginIp), device identifiers, and timestamps. This processing is conducted under Legitimate Interest in compliance with GDPR (Article 6(1)(f)), CCPA/CPRA, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA 2023).

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential session tokens (JSON Web Tokens - JWT) stored in browser storage (localStorage) to keep you securely signed in across sessions. We do not sell your personal data or use cross-site tracking cookies to profile you on third-party websites.

4. Zero Retention of Uploaded Creative Files

Files uploaded for diagnostic tools (Image Size Reducer, PDF Editor, HTML5 Validator, OCR Translator) are processed in temporary RAM and purged immediately after processing. We do not permanently store or share your creative assets.

5. Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your registered account data at any time by reaching out via our Contact page or feedback channels.

Specifications, dimensions, aspect ratios, and VAST XML guidelines referenced across our tools follow public industry recommendations published by the IAB and major advertising networks. Always verify specific publisher rate cards and specs prior to campaign launch.
