All files uploaded to the platform (including images, PDFs, VAST XMLs, and HTML5 zip packages) are processed in temporary memory or ephemeral storage for diagnostic purposes. AdOpsDoctor does not claim ownership of user-uploaded ad creative assets or third-party ad tags.
The platform and diagnostic tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 100% accuracy in ad tag parsing and specs verification, AdOpsDoctor is not liable for campaign delivery discrepancies, ad server downtime, or third-party ad network tracking errors.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use another user's account without authorization.
All content, design, and code on AdOpsDoctor is the intellectual property of the platform maintainers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
